Save Creativity
Attention please.
Copywriters, art directors, ECDs, ACDs, and people with OCD, lend me your ears. Our world has been exposed to a new disease. A disease most recently identified as, “The Choddy.” Choddies are transmitted directly to the right hemisphere of our brains through our computer, TV, and movie screens. Once there, they begin to devour our imaginations until we no longer recognize original thought.
Our creativity can withstand exposure to 1 or 2 Choddies a week, but with the population of Choddies multiplying by the day it is only a matter of time before total infestation is inevitable. If we want to save creativity, we have to quarantine the Choddy.
Remember creatives, creativity is our bread and butter. If our promotional messages continue down this systematic path, we will soon find ourselves in fierce competition for barista jobs while computers crank out Choddies faster than teenage boys crank out man seed into gym socks.
